About Us

Elizabeth Maxey Long has been an attorney in private practice since 2007. Originally from Yorktown, Virginia, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce. She attended the University of Tennessee College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a concentration in advocacy.

Ms. Long represents clients across East Tennessee in family law, probate, estate planning and real estate matters. She is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Virginia. She is also a Rule 31 mediator. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at their farm in McMinn County.
